By staying in our rental you accept that:

1. Check-in time is from 3pm on the reservation date. Early check-ins will be subject to management’s discretion.

2. Full payment is required at the time of booking (when possible) or upon guest arrival.

3. The guest room is reserved for the number of occupants specified in the reservation. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

4. A valid government-issued ID of the accountable guest must be presented at check-in to confirm guest registration details. This registered guest is responsible for all occupants during the stay.

5. Guests must adhere to house rules, including large gathering restrictions, no-smoking policy, and other guidelines posted within the premises. Conravention of these rules are grounds for guest eviction with possible financial penalties.

6. The accountable guest is financially responsible and liable for any damages caused to the guest room or property during their stay.

7. The property is not to be used for soliciting, commercial or illicit activities.

8. The management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or vauables; Assistance however, interms of security and loss recovery would be made.

9. Check-out time is by 12 midday. Late check-outs is at managements discretion and may be subject to additional charges.

10. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled check in.
